Dr. Kala is the Founder of Mahasakthi Welfare Society, established in April 1998, with over 28 years of experience in social development. She has dedicated her life to empowering marginalized women, children, and rural communities. Under her leadership, the organization has implemented initiatives in women’s empowerment, livelihood skill training, and community awareness. She has trained thousands of women in tailoring, handicrafts, and small-scale enterprises, enabling financial independence and self-reliance. Her work has transformed lives and strengthened grassroots communities through sustainable and inclusive development.

Ms. Sakthi Bala is an Executive Member of Mahasakthi Welfare Society. She actively contributes to the organization’s programs and community initiatives. She supports the implementation of activities focused on women’s empowerment, skill development, and community development.

Mrs. Pandi Priya is the President of Mahasakthi Welfare Society. She joined the organization in 2009 and has been actively contributing to its initiatives. Having served as a member and Executive Committee member, she was elected President in 2024. She plays a key role in leading programs and strengthening community development efforts.

Ms. Mohana is the Vice President of Mahasakthi Welfare Society. She has been actively involved in the organization’s activities and community initiatives. With her dedication and leadership, she supports program implementation and works closely with members to strengthen women’s empowerment and community development efforts.

Mrs. Anuja is the Treasurer of Mahasakthi Welfare Society. She joined the organization in 2023 and was elected Treasurer in 2024. She manages financial activities and supports the organization’s programs, contributing to effective implementation and community development initiatives.
