Mrs. Pandi Priya has been associated with Mahasakthi Welfare Society since 2009 and was elected as the President in 2024 after serving as a dedicated member and Executive Committee Member. She provides strategic leadership to the organization, guiding its vision and strengthening governance. She actively promotes women’s empowerment, education, sustainable livelihoods, and community development while fostering partnerships that enhance the organization's impact across rural communities.

Dr. Kala Palaniappan is the Secretary of Mahasakthi Welfare Society, a renowned social worker with over 24 years of experience in empowering rural women and building self-reliant communities. They have been instrumental in establishing and leading the organization since its inception in 1998, receiving numerous awards for their pioneering work in women's empowerment and sustainable livelihoods. Based in Theni, Tamil Nadu, they have successfully expanded the organization's work in education and community development. They joined Mahasakthi Welfare Society as Secretary on 27 April 1998.

Mrs. Mohana.A is the Vice President of Mahasakthi Welfare Society, a respected leader with over 13 years of experience in organizational leadership and community development. They have been instrumental in shaping the society's strategic direction and have received recognition for their commitment to women's empowerment and rural development. Based in Theni, Tamil Nadu, they have been a key figure in the society's efforts to uplift marginalized communities. They joined Mahasakthi Welfare Society as Vice President on 16 April 2009.

Mrs. Nilaveni.G is the Joint Secretary of Mahasakthi Welfare Society, a seasoned professional with significant contributions to organizational governance, administration, and program coordination. They have been serving as the Vice Secretary of the organization and have supported planning, documentation, community engagement, and the effective implementation of development initiatives for many years.

Mrs. Anuja.B is the Treasurer of Mahasakthi Welfare Society, a member based in Theni, Tamil Nadu. They have been involved in financial management and oversight for over a year, having joined the organization in 2023 and taking on the role of Treasurer in 2024. They oversee the organization's financial management, budgeting, statutory compliance, and resource utilization, ensuring financial transparency and accountability while supporting the society's mission.

Mrs. Balameena serves as an Executive Committee Member of Mahasakthi Welfare Society and actively participates in planning and implementing community development programs. Mrs. Sakthi Bala Devi is an Executive Committee Member of Mahasakthi Welfare Society. She has successfully led and supported numerous women empowerment and livelihood programs, including value addition training, pickle and masala making, skill development, entrepreneurship development, and Self-Help Group (SHG) capacity-building activities. Through her leadership and grassroots engagement, she continues to make a significant contribution to the organization's mission of creating sustainable, inclusive, and empowered communities.

Mrs. Logamani.N joined Mahasakthi Welfare Society in 2022 and serves as the Operations Manager. She oversees the organization's day-to-day operations, supervises staff, coordinates administrative and program activities, and ensures the smooth implementation of community development initiatives. She works closely with the leadership team to strengthen organizational systems, enhance operational efficiency, and support effective project execution. Through her leadership, organizational skills, and commitment to excellence, she contributes significantly to advancing the mission of Mahasakthi Welfare Society and delivering meaningful impact in the communities it serves.

Mr. Elango has been serving with Mahasakthi Welfare Society since 2020 as the Administrative & IT Coordinator. He is responsible for managing the organization's computer systems, digital records, office administration, and day-to-day operational support. He plays a key role in maintaining organizational documentation, data management, communication, and information technology systems, ensuring the efficient functioning of office operations. His technical expertise, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy contribute significantly to the smooth implementation of programs and the overall effectiveness of the organization.

Mr. Palaniyappan has been serving as the Field Coordinator at Mahasakthi Welfare Society and plays a vital role in the successful implementation of community development projects at the grassroots level. He coordinates field staff, oversees beneficiary identification, conducts baseline and project surveys, facilitates beneficiary feedback collection, and ensures that field activities are carried out effectively and transparently.
